Halfway Done - And the Death in the family....

So... I figure the title says it all.

My Uncle Mike passed away this morning. It hurts too. He was my Uncle.

I know my Dad is hurting bad though. So is my Aunt Kathy. I can hear it in their voices.

I still gotta work again tomorrow though.

Thats the sucky part....

We don't know when his memorial is going to be...

Not soon enough though... He's getting cremated, and according to the family, the minister they want is unavailable for the next two weeks. So... no memorial... for a while. Which to me... is disrespectful. But his wife has the reigns on this one. So be it.

As for me... well. Four more weeks. Then I'm home to Virginia. :) Happy day's that will be.

I've got 1400$ saved up. Its pretty amazing. I'm excited.

So. Thats really all i want to type... so I will catch ya'll later.

Day (no idea)- Wishing for home

So, I'm sitting here at dad's bosses house, while they are away on vacation, house sitting. I might add that I'm also spending more time here because Dad is just flat out annoying?

Anyway. A basic update from the last update, which looks to be about a week n a half ago. I worked at the resturaunt for two hours the next day. Pitful... when i could have made 120 at the plant. Lets just put it simple. i don't work there anymore.

I've been working at the plant mostly every other day and this past week... every day. I'm wiped and blew my knee out this morning so I called in sick.. It still aches, but I can work tomorrow. I've also got 1100$ saved up for the car so far! :D I'm so happy.

I leave NoLA on the 2nd of August, around 8am. Plane flight. 1st time. It will be interesting.

My delimma... My fish. Felix. I need to get him back. Somehow... I'll figure it out. Damnit.

Day 11 - Missing my Girls

Day 11 - June 2nd, 2010

Today was a good day. Dad woke me up so I could drive him to work. I came back and went back to bed. Spent last night with the boy-toy, ;) Make your own assumptions, I will not post anything with a worse rating that PG13. Chilled after I officially woke up for the day till I had training at the restaurant. Which didn't last long, but i got to bring home dinner, which was nice, and free. :D Then just spent the rest of the day, relaxing and hanging out. I liked it. I felt like I've had a day off work. But I work tomorrow at 10am. So its a busy day :D. I also, if Scott bumps me up to full time, will more than likely, leave my job at the restaurant for him, unless I can convince her to let me work after 4pm. Spare change if you may.

Anyway, Just a quick update. Now off to bed.

Day 9 & 10 - Busting Ass

May 31st -

Well, I spent the day in my bed, hacking my brains out. Reading what I could. And playing on Facebook for the rest. A good day off.

June 1st -

Woke up this morning to my Dad telling me to get my ass up and moving, cause I got called into work. I worked hard... 6 am to 4 pm. I'm aching, thats for sure.

Plus side to that, I just made 120$ in a day. :D I also have 400 Dollars setting aside for the car :D Its awesome.

Boytoy wants to hang out tonight too. And to be honest. I'm tempted. ;) Why the hell not after all? Im still thinking about it, cause I need dinner.

Sorry for the breif update. Not much else to talk about.
